Travel Fee: There is no travel fee for the following areas: Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, North Vancouver and West Vancouver, New Westminister, Port Moody, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam. Travel of $20 for Langley, Delta, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, White Rock.
Detail Pictures: Property has unique design features, completely staged, or other elements you want us to capture in more detail. Often the second pass will increase the picture count by about 30% or more, so we charge a fee of $50 for condos and $100 for larger homes.
Night or Twilight Photos: Add-on of $100 to capture a home late in the evening. (We can change photos to twilight in post, or with AI)
Social Media Pics: If you have a beautiful property listing and want us to take pictures of you, basically lifestyle shots, we can do that too. Our fee is $25 for 5 images. These are perfect for self promotion on your website, blogs, and social media streams.
Receiving Your Media: Photos are sent next day by 8pm. Video processing can take up to 3 days, so plan ahead if you can. Though, if your media is completed early, we send it out right away. Our goal is to always send out your media asap.
Rush Fee: We charge $100 for a faster turn-around time. Please know, our times are already very fast.
Drone: Drones can’t take off during extreme winds, rainy weather, near airports – helipads – seaplan zone (5km radius), over large groups of people, busy street and provincial parks.
Cancellations: Same day cancellation fee of $100 apply for 2D/3D floor plan & 3D virtual tour services. $50 same day cancellation fee for all other services.
